    Even Porter's dad confirmed that Brook has signed and Porter hasn't so I think that comment is clutching at straws a bit.

    Hearn already has done that. Porter has until Sept 10th to defend his title against Brook as per the contract or forefit his title. GBP are already trying to push that back and have mentioned Sept 16th.

    My personal belief is that the random drug testing has them worried that Porter will get caught before the testing started. At lets be honest, if pressed to answer yes or no gun to their head, everybody would guess that Porter has been juicing for his last 2 fights.
