his possible list of opponents ( available) for september is laughable.

not even danny is available.

not saying its the best fight but compared to what he can get, he should cancel sept and fight cotto on december

I think that would be a wise move on his part. If Lara beats Canelo, I would love to see him fight Floyd next. Cotto vs Mayweather looks great as well. Either one of those fights would look great for his legacy.

I don't think Mayweather's next fight will sell well, won't do horrible, but probably won't pass a mill. His options are limited and he's alienated himself.

 

With that said, it's probably good that his fight flops, because he'll be forced to give the people what they want. Like when he fought Canelo.

His hands are made of Balsa wood. He has stopped injecting his hands with lidocaine (apparently) to numb the pain from using a punchers glove. When he is off the lidocaine he uses padded gloves. Now i wonder why that is?

Floyd himself has admitted his hands a brittle & did not want to sacrifice his career by damaging his hands more than he needs. Hence why he uses lidocaine & padded gloves.

Just because he has hand problems, it doesn't mean a threat of a fighter should be handicapped as well.
