Woodhouse is pecking in with the jab busily. Counter right hands by Limond, straight and looped around behind Woodhouse's left glove. Double hooks on the chest by Woodhouse stepping in on Limond. 2-1-2 combo through the gloves by Limond. Woodhouse is slamming the right hand up top into Limond's guard, then stepping through with a jab as Limond backs off. 1-2 up high by Limond, avoided with a quick reversal by Woodhouse. Double jab on the mouth by Limond. Woodhouse covers up and ducks forward, then rises up with a jab. Limond steps outside, making it fall short. Limond blocks a 1-2 and hooks Woodhouse in the temple while turning him. Double jab caught on the mitt by Limond, Woodhouse following through with the right cross and whiffing as Limond propels himself outside.

10-9 Limond - another one better for Woodhouse and desperately close but can't give it to him.

Round 8

Woodhouse is setting the pace, rolling in overhand rights and then doubling and tripling up on the left jab. Limond is ducking and leaning as he sweeps around Woodhouse, making him miss. Few and far between counter bursts are scoring effectively for Limond. Nice body shots by Woodhouse staying in close.

10-9 Woodhouse, finally nicked one with the persistent body work despite missing a lot upstairs.

Round 9

Woodhouse is still throwing a high number of jabs and flurrying a bit downstairs with sidearm chops, but is backed up every time he is struck by a 1-2. Limond is leading with the right hand again, splitting the guard, then digging into Woodhouse's body. Woodhouse is looking a bit unsteady. Body shot whipped in by Woodhouse. Limond jabs into the guard and NAILS Woodhouse on the chin with a right cross before Woodhouse can duck all the way.

10-9 Limond, competitive but a clear edge in clean shots.
