When a fighter stands up and says "my jaws broken, no mas" then yeah, Burns is tougher than that, especially for his power and so called lack of skill

being handed a fight because of heart is different

Ricky Burns won't mind you bringing up Matthew Saad Muhammad in comparison, it's not like being compared to a local club fighter who gave a good fight once or twice

Watch Ricky Burns vs Alex Arthur

    Ricky Burns vs Carl Johanneson

    Ricky Burns vs Graham Earl

    Ricky Burns vs Roman Matinez

    Ricky Burns vs Yakubu Amidu

    Ricky Burns vs Michael Katsis

    Ricky Burns vs Paulus Moses

    Ricky Burns vs Kevin Mitchell

and tell me Ricky Burns was not only a top operator on his day, but one of the toughest fighters to grace a ring in the last few years

Ye might aswell continue with his Weekend job is that sports shop he works at maybe he will become a manager one day. Although he can still compete at Domestic Level.

McCrory said he thought burns was soundly beaten by 4 or 5 rounds. Il trust him everyday of the week over jim watt.

Based on the twitter reports, the ninth seems to be a swing round. The third was close, too. But, based on their demeanor both during and after the fight, Burns clearly didn't look like the guy who had won, did he?

    Delighted for Willie Limond.

Embarrassed for Burns. Doesn't even resemble a boxer who can compete at domestic level any more.

Bigger shambles: production of today's Sky telecast, or Burns' management?

Funny thing is, both guys would probably beat Omar Figueroa's sorry a** for the WBC title he was handed.
