RS was the one financing the operation. Why wasn't Oscar putting up his money to sign boxers, everything is Scheafer fault, maybe RS felt he was being played, while ODH didn't give one damn about the company, shytting on it's main star and attraction floyd any chance he got and all, how about the damages Oscar caused GB/Schaefers brand with his antics, the millions of dollars Schaefer spent on hiding Oscar's indiscretions, the coke sniffing, dildo in the booty type indiscretions. Scheafer constantly stood behind Oscar through all, and steered the GB ship...Not to mention how idiotic it is to sign boxers to long term contract when a hype trail can be derailed in one match, damn near all promoters sign mid level fighters to a fight by fight basis, and only the fighters who could bring crowds/ the PPV caliber fighters get long term deal; but Oscar knows all of this he's either high out his mind or just plain stupid.....

Goldie wont win; this is a desperation move after Arum distanced himself from him and no sold him once he found out he has no one to feed to Manny. This is a stalling tactic that stop Haymon, Schaefer and more importantly Mayweather in their tracks and waste time, and May is at the age where he cant afford any big breaks, or any deviation to the routine he has set since jumping over to sho.....

Conflict of interest. You cannot have an interest (8% in this case) in one company while spearheading another that is actively working to take the former down. That is what contracts and sub clauses are there for.

Technically he didn't though. The problem wasn't that he was leading another company. The apparant problem was that he wasn't signing the Golden Boy Fighters to long-term contracts. Which in itself isn't illegal, because they were still fighting under Golden Boy, just on a fight to fight basis. Maybe it's morally wrong, but not illegal. Also, you have to remember that Haymon is an adviser, not a standalone promoter, nor does he have his own promotion company. Now common sense says, clearly Schaefer, in the event that Oscar switches up his agenda, has been plotting to take the fighters over to Haymon , or maybe a new subsidiary under his watch, but no such company exists that could do that right now. Schaefer has no promotion. Haymon has no promotion. No illegal actions were done.

    :rofl

He is so clueless. What he fails to realize is that oscar, as the owner of the company, has no responsibility in running the day-to-day operations. THAT WAS SCHAEFER'S JOB, and he fleeced Oscar behind the scenes and was setting up a power move with Haymon to snatch the fighters right out from under GBPs feet.

So what is ODLH's 'responsibility' for giving this 'crook' an extension in 2012?

Not sure what you mean. If you have an employee that's stealing from you, and you don't know it at the time, is it your fault if you extend his contract?

    OF COURSE IT ISN'T.

"But Your Honor, he extended my employment, so clearly I'm not at fault here!"

And why, exactly, don't you know about the CEO 'stealing'? Why are you not aware of the contract situation with your business? Why are you extending the contract of a CEO who (allegedly) 'didn't do **** for goldenboy'?

These are basic questions that should be able to be answered by ODLH about his business if he was interested in ANY oversight.

That is HIS responsibility in all this (if you believe RS did anything crooked).

Neither you nor I have any dayum clue if Schaeffer did anything at all, much less anything wrong.

Seriously, tell us, what exactly did he do that was 'wrong'? Please provide something other than your speculation, unsubstantiated whisper campaigns and rumors, or pro-Pacquiao/Top Rank fanboy paradigms and rhetoric.

    I'll wait.

And having said that, it STILL doesn't change nor negate anything I wrote earlier.

Again: what exactly did he do that was 'wrong'? Not rumors or speculation, what is it that we know he actually 'did wrong'?
