    mine:

    Luis Pabon- loses control of what happens in the ring too often, just look at Wlad-Povetkin or round 3 of Chisora-Haye

    Laurence Cole- look at almost every fight he refs

    Terry O'Connor- too many British stoppages

    Terry O'Connor was the first name to come to mind. He officiated fights like he wants the sport banned.
