    Serious question. Mayweather just had a hard fight with Chino and seems to be on the downside in some respects. Crawford is on the upswing obviously.

    How did he have a hard fight?

    He won 8-4 and outlanded Maidana even though Maidana threw 400 more punches.

    Mayweather was never physically hurt by any legal punches, only the punches to the back of the head/nuts hurt him...

    Mayweather beat him up..

    I mean he's a big lightweight he's more of a 140 or 147 fighter IMO . I wanna see how he matches up against them. This fight showed what happened when a big lightweight meets a small lightweigt

    This is so typical in boxing lol. Crawford gets a decent win and people are asking if hes the best and others saying he beats Pac. Its how it goes I suppose.

    For the thread, no. I think the first three names I listed are better, and Garcia probably is too. And thats just my automatic off the top of my head response. Not even including Porter and a host of other quality americans.

    He showed he's one of the top boxers in the world at his weight class but he did not beat a p4p fighter and we have a list of American fighters who are occupying the P4P rankings....he's a promising US boxer who is progressing...I thinks he can be the future of US boxing but at this point he's working to earn that recognition.

    Floyd didn't have an easy fight with Marcos and Floyd himself wouldn't even agree with your assertion. He won ..... But he fought to get that "W" and earned the right to take the belt from Marcos.... However, it wasn't a cake walk and he didn't beat Miadana up. He gave as good as he got and etched out a hard fought victory.

    He's not even the best Midwest region fighter in the States. It was a fantastic fight and a great win, but let's all keep our pants on. Give Crawford his props - he's earned it, but let's not go overboard.

    Gamboa has always kept his hands down, and he looked pretty damn good the first four rounds. TC is just too big and too good for him.
