I guess this guy hung up the gloves? I know he only fought tomato cans, but I wonder if he could have developed into a neo George? Or not even close in power and chin? His technique needed a lot of work.

Monk hasn't fought for 18 months. Fair chance he has retired.

Are you going to ask Monk if he "aspired to be a neo George and why he fought tomato cans" ?

He grew up with a privileged life. Those kinds of people tend not to make good fighters.

He fought Tomato cans BECAUSE he aspired to be a neo George.

He may have decided to pursue his career in the church. He's a tad old to have this little experience in boxing anyway and to make a career for himself there.

    This is true.

But I do think Tommy Morrison's son Trey, now 3-0 with 3 KO's has potential. Of course Trey likely grew up broke. I saw two of his fights, and he moves and hits a lot like his dad did.

Trey looks like he has inherited his father's chin.

Not necessary. More information is needed. Trey needs to learn the fundamental of defense or balance. It was a flash knock down. He was never hurt. Going down from lack of balance is one thing, being hurt from the blow is another.

Trey is a little bigger than his dad pre-roids. Admit it, you'd watch Monk Foreman vs Trey Morrison.

If it was on free TV then yes. From what I've seen of Trey he is still REALLY raw. He looked like he had no skills whatsoever in his pro debut. Did the guy have any amateur fights?
