Who here is saying Mundine or Green are ATG or HOF or legends :huh

Not even the most delusional of nut huggers is going anywhere near that type of statement :-(

Both Mundine and Green have done very well for aussie boxing and very well on the international scene......just to get to the big fights :deal

 

WTF ? The Blade Average ? , lost a split Dec to Roberto Duran next time out after Hearns, lost a close one to Micheal Nunn the fight after and went onto to Beat Hearns again , Ok Iran stayed on a bit too long but average he wasn't .

Who would you say fought the better level of opposition ?

Jones, future hall of famer, Tarver, two time world champ, Siaca, former world champ, Flores, undefeated, Wlodarczyk, current world champ, I've also spoken to plenty of fighters that fought on Green's undercard and didn't hear any complaints.

When I talk about their respective attitudes I'm looking beyond the fights themselves.

Talk to some of Choc's undercard boxers and you may realize what I mean.

 

Flores padded record best win Darnell Wilson,16 months inactive Dannyweight,Siaca 5 fights in 5 years last at MW March 2009(2 months before Mundine fought Geale for the IBO belt guess who was going to be Mundines first defence if he beat Geale more convincingly). Jones jr way past prime(but Green was underdog and I won a bit of money on it so I liked that fight).
Wlod gift decision Palacios anti-depressant overdose suicide attempt in July,Tarver 2 wide losses to Dawson lacklustre win at HW against Aguilera at HW 3 fights in 3 years. And now he's calling out the insignificant ****-ant again their attitudes are exactly the same though Greens undercards are generally better of the Green/Mundine cards I've watched in the last 5 years(not many).
Tarverr and Wlodarczyk would rematch him in a heartbeat. Why doesn't he try and avenge those defeats? Mundine has declined badly and is fighting in a way lower division. Their attitudes are exactly the same $$$$ with no regards for the reputation of Australian boxing world wide.
Greens standard of opposition is better but not by much.
