why do many people think that Pacqiao can beat Floyd?

Pac can barely beat a guy who is his size and way slower than him but is a hell of a boxer...

He couldnt even close distance properly against a guy who's reach is about the same as his and footwork slower..

Yet you think he beats Floyd?

Numerous occasions? Post 1 link of Pac directly calling out Floyd and actually making genuine moves for the fight to happen. You won't find one. He mumbles and stumbles and says he wants the fight but what has he done to get Floyd to fight him?
