it's a physical activity.

you make a gameplan and drillt over and over until it becomes muscle memory.

if the plan doesnt work, go to plan b , to c and so forth.

you try to cover everything in the training camp.


if the oopponent comes up with something you did not expect, you might be lacking in preparation.

if it;s really beyond preparation, then that's when you try to adjust.

but there is a limit to what a body can do, obviously.

even if you know what to do but if the body is late to respond, it doesn mean youre lacking iq.
