Can Danny Garcia not handle the pressure?

    Once you get to his level and you're headlining cards and only fighting 2 or 3 times a year, you are expected to fight solid guys.

    If you can't fight solid guys, you have no business taking up a card.

    Guerrero was guilty of this a few weeks ago.

    People don't want to see top guys smashing bums.

    This isn't 1950 where you're fighting 10 times a year.

    Herrera was Garcia's tune up fight. That was his Algeri and that was merely acceptable as Algeri was for Provo because the opponent was already a network fighter or is showing promise.

    Did the immense beating Garcia received from Herrera too much for him?

    More importantly, should Garcia maybe consider payin his worst enemy, Herrera, THAT MONEY like Mayweather did for Pacquaio?

    Khan, Matthysse, Judah and Herrera aren't solid?. Herrera was a tune-up on paper, in reality he had a nightmarish style for Garcia as he already proved.

    Those guys you mentioned are acceptable opponents, but when you get to this level and you're fighting 2 or 3 times a year, you have no business fighting tomato cans heading a Showtime Card.

    If Garcia fights 10 times this year, sure.

    But you can't have both. You either fight 10 times with some bums and some good fighters or your fight all good fighters.

    OR you fight off camera.

    What are you complaining about then?, when was the last time he fought a "bum"?. No one fights 10 times a year anymore, especially at the top level due to the severe training camps involved in major/serious fights so get over it already and educate yourself for a change.

    Are you suggesting that Garcia should retire?

    Because if he can't handle fighting a network worthy opponent when he fights 2 times a year, maybe it's time to hang them up.

    bull****. look at all the greats in history and show me where they took on one killer after another. they all take stay busy fights and tune ups. it's how the business works. if they don't do that...they usually don't last.
