Green carefully constructed his career off the back of Mundine, whereas Mundine constructed a career off the back of a successful football career and his old man being an Aussie boxing champion........... Every fight he had has been on PPV no matter how woeful the opponent. If it wasn't Danny Green it would have been another Jeff Fenech trained fighter.

 

Where do I start with such an ill informed post, Mundine made millions fighting bums well before a Danny Green fight. Obviously that was a very nice payday but at the end of the day another fighter would've taken Greens place....... Paul Briggs at the time could've filled the void.

Very good point, had Troy been 5yrs younger and had Mundine started off his career at 160lbs instead of 168lbs then there could've been a rivalry.

Troy was 154lbs but at that stage of his career 160lbs was no problem..... I actually thing Troy was same height maybe even 1/2 inch taller than choc
