People are going to just say Pulie is jealous but what he's saying is true the only fight Pacquiao has actually agreed to testing was vs Rios and you have Rios camp saying Pacquiao didn't even get tested then.

Pacquiao is really is ***** for this whole May-Pac debacle. If I'm Manny and you think I'm on Peds I'm going to laugh take my 50 mil and beat that ass brutally for 12 rds not sue.

I don't think Pacquiao is on roids but since being called out his next 2 fight were in a state where there is no drug testing (he threw over 1, 000 punches in both fights), then he rapidly declined showing a bad chin and less speed/power, and of all the fighters that have asked Pacquiao for drug testing to fight the only one he agreed to was vs a fighter with his former S&C coach who was with him when he turned down drug testing.

Pacquiao could have ended this by taking the test in 10" with the 14 day cut off instead they claimed 14 days was never offered and signed to fight Clottey the next day. Then he turned down testing request from Mayweather, Mosley, Marquez twice, & Bradley twice and is still being called a cheater til this day.

For the people who say Pac's never failed a test you can't fail something you don't take.
