No they are not !! If that was the case Shane would have gotten caught using EPO..

Today designer drugs are not detectable by Urine only. blood and urine is required to detect todays ped.

You need to update yourself on todays trends buddy. There a reason todays athletes are tested year round, every 6 months and 3 months, using random drug testing.

 

Then why did Pac insist of using VADA instead of his own 'blood-24-days-out-and-post-fight-and-unlimited-urine-is-just-as-good' protocols for the Rios fight?

nsac wasn't testing for epo since after shane admitted to it.

nsac couldn't have detected thg since it wasn't a known during that time.

...and again, the only accepted method to test for epo was through urine testing. pac has always agreed to have his urine tested anytime.

...and what floyd offered is not a truly random test since he could have cycled dr. hale's undetectables before his 6 week "OSDT."

Here idiot .. a reliable source that says Urine is Not sufficient .. again Shane proved just HOW poor the NSAC testing was using urine only .

Which is why blood and urine combined with Random testing is the only effective way of detecting designer PED drugs.
The NSAC only tested twice once before the fight and after. Even then they were more successful of finding Weed then Ped, in which they could fine fighter a steep fine for. I starting to doubt if they ever intended to try and find cheats, or just a way to fleece fighters.
