NSAC has just started testing for designer 3 to 4 years ago and even then they do not do Random testing even today.

The NSAC boxing commission is 10 year behind any current testing used today.

if pac was using something that wasn't known (a-side meff, undetectables) floyd's osdt, vada or usada wouldn't catch it with blood or urine.

Read this and educate yourself. With using urine testing alone suspected ped users can cheat the system. Random blood and urine testing is the way to go to catching these cheats.
What Paulie said is spot on. Nobody would run away from their highest pay day unless they are on something.

 

Paulie is one fighter I would never accuse of being on steroids. He fought like the cleanest guy ever. He never impressed anyone with outstanding speed or strength in this sport. Way to go Paulie.
