Yes he should have and spared us years of our precious lives frivolously bickering over a fight we'll never see. On the other hand, I suspect Floyd is not necessarily 'ripe for the plucking,' but riper now than he was back then. In other words, Manny may have more left in the tank by the time they finally get around to it, which they probably never will anyway. :|

Yes he changed from no cutoff to 14 day. Then pac said only 24 and Floyd said this is a one time offer. . 50/50 with a 14 day cutoff.

If pac doesn't about he'll never see an offer close to that again.
    Pac still said hell NO

He never admitted crap. What he said was that Arum wanted Mayweather-Pacquiao to be Pacquiao's last fight, meaning they were only going to accept Mayweather's deluded demands when they lack options and have fought everyone else. Don't forget that every time they came close to negotiating it was Mayweather who pulled another demand out of his ass to completely ruin it.

Since people say he's on PEDs, what does the PEDs do? Nothing about his skills changed.. He's atheism went down so he has to rely on smarts and timing to win.. There's a PED for that?

    09 for 10 fight.
I think it was Nov 09. Where ever they had the mediation. It was offered prior to the mediation and until arum called the fight off following mediation..

Dude you know the answer so why ask a question on something you know everything about, just playing dumb ?
