    Atlas is blaming Garcia vs. Salka (and the circumvention of the rules that someone be rated top 15 in some org to get a title shot) on Haymon's shady influence, greasing palms and exploiting loopholes to get his talents soft touches in what never ought to be sanctioned world title bouts.

    He is probably not wrong about this.

    I think Salka is better than his record and deserves a little more respect than fans on message boards and Twitter have been giving him since the announcement, but honestly the match does stink and he is outside both the WBA and WBC top fifteen...

    To be honest the number that pisses people off the most about Salka is the 3KO's..
    That number pretty much solidifies his NO chance whatsoever Vs. Garcia.

    Herrera outboxed Garcia & lost a decision..,
