Pac paved the way for verbal abuse in boxing. Boxer's should not hurt any other's boxers feelings in boxing. This should not be allowed & Pac showed us that justification is just a law suit away.

 

heres the kicker.....pac filed because he said those words to potentially damaging to his future earning potential.....and trust that not one person who watched pacquiao stopped watching after floyds words....not one person declined to become a fan because of what floyd said

pac should be suing koncz and arum for lost potential earnings....these guys blocked his biggest payday on several occasions....they keep kicking him in the balls and he just keeps coming back for more...he loves it...taking 30 percent off his guarantee....giving him advances he has to pay back.....dont see pac suing these guys though.....guy could have had 50-80 mil for taking an l

lol *******s saying Floyd never offered 14 day cutoff. Its on the thread I had started with a detailed time line, *******s just do not accept it because its facts & not feelings. States Floyd wanted full testing, Pac offered 24 days & then floyd counterd with 14. Pac walked away. I guess Pac was trying to squeez in some roid use & 14 days was not enough.

Both fighters have huge egos, and neither is going to be talked down to.

Manny didn't run from testing. That is a common misconception.

They just couldn't agree on the cut off date.

Both guys dug their heels in, and initially, neither would back down.

But Manny did eventually give in to Floyd's demands. But Floyd wouldn't budge, which was a mistake.

If Manny had been big enough to back down, then Floyd could have done the same. Yet he wasn't interested.

The problem with a guy like you, is that you can only see things from one perspective.

Manny made mistakes in negotiating, but Floyd has done more than enough to prevent the fight.

There never should have been any testing issue in the first place.

Floyd should have just fought him, for a slightly bigger share.

 

He was more than likely just trying to have the last word, just like Floyd.

Floyd didn't need to counter though did he?

If Manny was willing to be urine tested at any point, and randomly blood tested up until the last 24 days, that also included an after fight test, then there was no need for Floyd to counter.

There's never been any proof that Manny was dirty, and nobody else had an issue fighting him back then.

There's no reason why they couldn't have met half way.

If Manny was big enough to accept the testing in the first place, then Floyd should have accepted his cut off request.

But you'd got two egos playing one-upmanship.
