On paper Kiko has been on fire with stoppages over Romero, Mthebula and Hasegawa but in reality I think those results flatter him a little. The Romero win was good but the other two were shot fighters. Got to favour Frampton.

The winner should be up against Chris Avalos soon and that's another potentially thrilling contest.

I agree Mathebula was over the hill, but I think that Hasegawa was a good win despite he wasn't in his prime. The man had really underrated power and put Kiko in problems with body shots... IMO he was not shot.

He got named as working with a well known doctor who was caught a couple of years back, don't think there was ever any proof and I can't remember exactly what happened but I think it was pretty likely that Martinez was indeed on something. So now he's in the form of his life and is clearly twice the fighter he was a few years back people are rightly or wrongly assuming he's back on the juice.
