Super Bantamweight fights scheduled for September in the UK

    It seems that September will be an active month for UK superBW:
    1- 06 - Belfast - Kiko vs Frampton
    2- 13 - Manchester - Quigg vs TBA
    3- 20 - Sheffield - Galahad vs TBA

    I wrote some weeks ago that Quigg was going to fight Galahad, but it seems that my sources were not so accurate... but who knows? Still there are not more fights scheduled for those cards, and it seems that they still have no opponents...

    Do you think Quigg and Galahad will fight each other on September? Would that fight make sense a week after the Frampton big show?

    And if you think that fight won't be made on September... who do you think are they going to fight?

    Nehomar Cermeño is fighting this august... so he won't fight Quigg on Sept.... (interim paper vs regular paper).

    Would be the Galahad fight for the EBU or Commonwealth tittles? Is still Oleksandr Yehorov the EBU mandatory challenger despitr he has not fought in a year?

    Hennessey made an offer to Hearn for Galahad/Quigg for the fight to be in Sheffield and on Channel Five however he turned it down.

    As it stands both men will likely be a fights against top 15 opponents as I don't think Quigg has any mandatory obligations.

    I'd like to see Galahad have another fight or 2 before he faces Quigg/Frampton, ideally against top15 opposition.

    The WBC have Barry at #15 http://wbcboxing.com/wbceng/ratings?layout=edit&id=152 & there's a few interesting names there, I wonder who Mick will bring over in Sep.

    Hopefully once he's done with the Polish tiler Frampton will stop ducking him.

    Clearly not.

    Galahad is ranked 15 by the WBC and doesn't have a ranking with any other organisation.
