    Just look at their common opponents. Pacquiao has fought more often and still can't compete.

    I think Bob Arum getting pissed off & bashing the MGM & claiming black people do not like to buy PPV's says it all. Its no question Floyd is king of PPV, but Pac's declining #'s have to do with Arum just trying to squeez the most out of Pac with little effort. Bob does not promote pac to his full potential any more like he did & him with these recycled fights are doing damage. Of course Arum does not care.
