The 14 day cutoff was offered prior to mediation. But you already know this.

Now run along and kill yourself.

"Team Pacquiao admits to walking away from negotiations for failure to agree to full random blood testing."

Any other details you want to add to this above statement, go for it. But the statement is factual.

it was never because of the testing. it was because floyd was scared.

    ...............

He doesn't believe it himself , until he believes it , the fight wont happen " - Evander "The Real Deal" Holyfield

TIM BRADLEY – “Floyd doubts himself. Why won’t he fight Manny? Scared, man.

    tyson basically said he's scared.

    holmes also said he's scared.

irvin said he's making brotha's look bad

    wilbon called him a coward

    marvin called him a coward

morales said floyd won't fight pacquiao "he's just playing with all you guys"

allen green thinks floyd doesn't want to fight him

james toney said he would put his money on pac by ko

    Quote:
James Toney: “I grew up with Floyd Mayweather… we all came from the same block in Michigan. Me, the Mayweather family, Buster Mathis, Tony Tucker… The ‘Hall of Fame’ block, you know what I’m sayin? I love Floyd and I’m glad he’s doing what he’s doing… but if you claim to be the best fighter in the world in the world pound-for-pound… fight! Don’t make no excuses.”

“Pacquiao’s going to knock Floyd out… and Floyd knows it. Floyd’s my man and I love him but I’m going to call it like I see it. The thing is this: Do you know what a rabbit does when it gets backed into a corner? It faints. And that’s what Floyd’s doing.”
"aron pryor favors pacquiao over floyd: “I don’t think he’s equipped to handle Pac Man”

scoop jackson hopped off, he ain't riding and dying with floyd anymore.

bert sugar said floyd don't want none of pacquiao.

He did eventually agree. When he did, Floyd took it off the table and wanted up to fight night. Manny still should have accepted but now they both look like bitch3s

Just in case there are any doubters out there (link)

In other words, Top Rank was aware that 14 days was being offered almost full week before mediation.

all pointless, Read this & tell me what you think.

Bruce Binkow, the chief marketing officer of Golden Boy Promotions, on Dec. 30 offered a 14-day cutoff as a compromise via instant message to Top Rank president Todd duBoef, who replied on Dec. 31 that "14 is no good."

Schaefer said he believes the fight can be salvaged over the weekend and the first step is making certain that Pacquiao is aware of Mayweather's 14-day offer. "There are reports [on the Internet] that Manny is not aware of this and we want to make certain that he knows what Floyd has agreed to do," Schaefer said.

However, Koncz said he was informed of the offer by promoter Bob Arum and that he brought it directly to Pacquiao, who would not even consider it. Koncz said Pacquiao was very firm in his decision.

"Bob called and told us about the 14 days and I brought that to Manny and he said, 'I told you, we're not agreeing to that,' and that was pretty much it," Koncz said.

the 1st 14 day blood testing cutoff was offered by schaeffer (could be binkow) not floyd and it came through a press release accusing pacquiao of having his blood drawn 14 days before his fight with hatton. (pac had previously wanted to have his blood drawn no less than 30 days before the fight.) pac denied the accusation therefore rejecting gbp's 14 day offer. about 3 days after the offer, ellerbe came out to take the offer back. pac had his blood drawn 24 days before the hatton fight.

2nd 14 day offer came 1 week after mediation has ended and was not a counteroffer to pac's 24 day during mediation.

14 day offer was never really seriously offered.
