While I certainly don't believe he's scared of anyone, he's not an idiot either. He's already financially set, so legacy will obviously play a role in every career decision he makes from now on.
He undoubtedly understands the mark he'll leave on boxing history if he continues to win at his age, so I can't really blame him for milking the belt a little. As long as he's fighting his mandatories, I really don't have a problem with what he's doing.
If Stevenson or Kovalev really want the fight, they should climb the IBF ladder like everyone else( v Chimemba and/or Pascal) and force the issue.

Hopkins is overrated. Tito was a fighter who started at 147, ODLH was a fighter who started at 130 while he started at 175. Couldnt beat Jermain Taylor, Roy Jones (when it counted) and quits against Dawson.
