What would you tell Maidana going in to the rematch to do differently? Any advice or tactics you'd tell him if you were his coach/in his corner to be successful against Floyd in september?

Make sure you negotiate a rock solid binding deal on the gloves you want to use.

Maybe a more dedicated body attack and the gloves. But I think Maidana brought his best effort the last time, so getting much more out of him is unlikely.

Do exactly the same thing he did to the first five rounds, instead of just doing it for the first five rounds do it for at least nine rounds and he will win the fight.

his corner had a pretty good idea of how to follow up the fight, but Maidana never listened and kept on doing the same sh!t and lost.

Avoid the low blows and rabbit punching so much. Whoever is reffing this time will be told to look out for this. He could be DQed this time.

Headbutt him really good one time to take him out of his game, and work on his stamina more. Besides that his strategy was sound.
