In his comeback interview with Sky he states that he doesn't believe that it's fair to get a title shot even at the start of 2015. He also doesn't want to fight the winner of Chisora/Fury.

Him and Booth have a path laid out apparently but won't tell anyone. I say he fights twice in relatively quick succession against guys in the lower reaches of the top 15. If I was a betting man I'd say he targets the WBA Regular Title.

It'll be against the likes of Wach and Banks on Wlad undercards or the like.

knowing haye hes probably looking for someone old with a name to say I beat so and so

Is Rachman still alive - I could see him dredging him out of retirement. Hey this guy was a champion he beat lewis!!

USS at heavy?? Another aging fighter with a bit of name recognition from the Fury fight?

Lost all time for Haye he's all about the money (which is fine to a point) but hasn't lived up to the hype he created... has spent to long being inactive and has pulled out of too many fights. The Fury fight would have been his best win as a heavy by a good way. (if he won)

If he is coming back what about something like Tony Thompson aging but still a very decent fighter. If Haye wins Manuel Charr if he winsn(decent ranking) then Chris Arreola (this should have been made years ago) then try and get a fight with Stiverne.

Could be sadly wrong here, but I think people are vastly overrating the quality of Hayes next opponent{IF he comes back}. Id be extremely surprised if it was Browne. More likely somebody like his first heavyweight opponent,Thomas Bonin. None of our lads seem to want Browne, after seeing him against Richard Towers. Not saying they wouldn't beat him,but as Peter Fury said, high cost, low reward.

Sorry to the OP. My answer to the question is,yes,I think it would be a great comeback fight. Obviously Browne would want paying, but I think he would come. But don't think David would want it.

No I would like to see him fight a prime Tyson so he gets smashed haye is a bottle job his cut before the fury fight proved it. It was the cleanest cut a have ever seen from a punch looked like a blade cut to me........

Is exactly what I was thinking and I was a haye fan

If his shoulder was fooked at that point then just fking say so....

Haye V Shannon Brigs now that would be funny. Too chinny bangers which questionable stamina

Haye won't fight any of these guys. He will want Stiverne or Wilder, then Wladimir again and will get his wish. He brings a **** load of cash to every party and I have no doubts he is still world class even after this layoff.

Really amused at people thinking Haye cut himself to avoid Tyson '2 Flabby' Fury. Yep, Haye is ducking a guy a shot overweight Cunningham almost knocked out cold with one punch. Please.

I hope his comeback opponent is someone like Charr.

He actually said that it would be wrong to demand a title shot straight away and unfair after such a long lay off. He was actually quite humble in the Sky interview.

    Wait and see I guess.
