how is 10m per lb penalty over 147 a big deal?

    It's not a big deal for a small welterweight planning to come in on weight.

    Neither is random drug testing for a fighter who is planning to avoid PEDs for the entire training camp.

    Given the circumstantial evidence, that PAC refused the random testing and Mayweather accepted the weight penalty stipulations, I would say that Pac is the Lance Armstrong of boxing.

    I fully expect Pac to be exposed as a PED cheat soon after he retires.

    Umm... the word is that Mayweather has like 3 or so failed tests. I wouldn't be surprised if he's the Lance Armstrong of boxing too.

    Floyd accepting a weight penalty, is not the same as agreeing to have your camp disrupted at any point during an 8 week period.

    Especially when it's based on nothing but the rumblings of Floyd Snr.
