The thread is about Pacquiao ducking Williams. The answer is no in my opinion. Get a life you insecure hater. Why did you stop posting with the name ROACH? Because you were owned multiple times and received no respect.
Williams and Margo where duck by some fighters because of there style, But at least Pacquiao fought one of them, Mayweather ducked both.
Strange that Mayweather retired when Margarito and Williams were around.... YES he clearly ducked both.
Paul Williams stopped being a welterweight in 2008. Manny Pacquiao didn't become a welterweight until 2009. They were never in the same weight class. However, from 2006-2008 Floyd Mayweather and Paul Williams were both welterweights and never fought, which is why people accuse Floyd of ducking Paul Williams.
Motivated by Mr. Peterson, Williams called them both out, directly, when they were both at welter. He said he would move back to 147 if either would agree to fight him. Neither took the challenge. I don't blame them. Even the brave Mosely, said hell no. I think this was before the first Martinez fight.
If Floyd retired to duck Williams. And Pac was still around and fighting at WW. Then Pac certainly ducked him.
PAC was never in Paul's weight class for a chance at the fight Mayweather and everyone else did duck him though Floyd said he would fight Williams or Martinez at 154
NO, Williams as overhyped as Margacheato. Wlliams slapped so much, he made Calzage look like Mike Tyson.
Lol, is Pacquiao avoiding Kovalev? In 2008 Pacquiao was still fighting at 130/135 and Williams was the WBO 147 champion.
So Floyd fights at 154 ONE TIME, for the biggest fight of his career, in which he was FORCED to fight at 154, and that makes him ready for a 154 pound murderer's row? You guys are hypocrites.
Pacquiao fans are apologists and hypocrites. How can one guy duck Paul Williams by retiring. But then the other guy, who's ACTIVE doesn't fight him, and it's not a duck. I dont think either one of them ducked P-Dubb, no one wanted that fight. It wasn't talked about. But the whole thing gained steam through the mayweather hater grapevine. When realistically, Paul Williams had done nothing to earn a shot at Floyd or Pacquiao. But if we're using the argument that Floyd ducked him, then Pac had to duck him too.
