Question, when did floyd ever fail to make 147 on the scale!! Why, did pac introduce this, if he was not scared then?

Why was drug testing a big deal?

    Options:
    Pacquiao was planning on cheating
    I'm a *******

It was Floyd's final offer to Manny.

Just like Manny's offer of 24 days was his final offer to Floyd.

It doesn't matter which way you spin it.

They couldn't agree so they went separate ways.

I was just highlighting the fact, that saying that Manny ran because he didn't agree, is just the same as saying Floyd ran, because he didn't agree.

It's the same thing, but it depends on who you're a fan of.

The reality is, nobody ran or walked away.

Both guys were forced to sign for other fights, because neither would give up any ground.

I'm signing off now, to join other threads.

Thanks to you, and everyone else for the great debate.

Rumored to have 3 failed tests, yet Pacquiao is the one not willing to test.

That demand was no big deal at all because Mayweather was and is well-known to meet official weight requirements without any problems. All Pac and his team were doing was making sure they get paid well if Mayweather fails to make weight rather than canceling the fight altogether and leaving the entire world(literally) going nuts.

It's not a big deal, he accepted it. And random blood testing wouldn't have been a big deal if Pac just accepted that also.

    It's not a "big deal."

But it was one of the several demands of one side during the most famous failed negotiations in boxing.

That demand, as well as all of the demands made by that party in the negotiations, was accepted.

When the other side made one demand for random blood testing, it was enough to make the other side admit they walked away from the table.

So, the 10 M per pound overweight deal ended up not meaning anything... I'm surprised there is even some sort of thread about it.
