Who really cares. Both of them make more money than they deserve (massive understatement) and **** it away in record time and end up broke.

 

Jleon Love has no following but Khan does via being quote "British" endquote and Broner has a small fanbase of his own (or did before Maidana raped him).

Not saying they're the reason behind PPV sales but saying people buy those cards exlusively for Floyd just isn't true. Floyd is a downright boring fighter. His PPVs sell because they're so high-profile and part of that profile is the undercard, the scale of the event, etc.

My non-boxing viewer female friend went to a Floyd fight with lots of friends. They had no idea who Floyd was and thought the main event was boring. They went because they all heard it was "big event" from all the money and advertising, period. They probably thought Mike Tyson was fighting.

 

Exactly, if you disregard all the numbers and/or relevant facts, it's obvious Manny is the bigger draw.

 

Selling more PPV's or being more profitable are two different things.Floyd sells more but with his outrageous guarantee,I suspect Manny's events are more profitable to the promoters and HBO.
