Lopez is the fight to make. I'd really want to see that fight. He shouldn't go with Mayweather Sr. though. I think Roach would be a good match for Gamboa.

Good move Floyd Sr can improve his defense which is really lacking.

He needs defense and so this would be a good move. Roach is too offensive minded for him.

    Great move for Gamboa.

Sr coulda told Gamoba I'm afraid for your health vs Crawford. There's no way you're fighting that man.

it doesn't take someone like floyd sr. to tell him to keep his hands up....especially with that chin of his.

i think he was doing just fine 'til he got caught then went macho and started trading with the bigger guy.

    :-(
Will you ever grow up and actually post something of substance or will you continue to have your life dominated by all things PBF?

He wasn't doing just fine I expected him to win the early rounds he's a front runner, that's what he does:deal He needs to learn how to adapt when his opponents make adjustments to his speed and implement defense with his offense.

Floyd's preference for defense won't work with Gamboa. He's too small to utilize that posture.

If he wants to fight as a lightweight, he needs to learn to fight aggressively.

He has to work on his "aggressive" defense.

He won't win fights on the backfoot. He has to utilize his gifts, which are his power, explosiveness, and speed.

Roach would be a better choice.

    Who has Floyd Sr. trained?
