Two big punchers with erratic styles. Both can hit like a truck. Someone's being kayoed here.

For some reason I like Ruddock in this one. Hasim probably has some better wins, but he was erratic. Being twice KO"d by Oleg leaves me to think that Ruddock's smash left would do him in.

Yes, Ruddock's loss to the Duke Morrison was less egregious than Rahman being knocked clear out of the ring by the slow, but powerful punching with a suspect chin Oleg Maskaev. Ruddock was badly dazed but rose to his feet and may have the victim of slightly premature stoppage in a fight he seemed to be winning up to that point.

I have a hunch Ruddock would win. It might be like the Phil Jackson fight except Razor hwould have to endure some scary right crosses along the way.

I have no confidence in Ruddock. He was mostly just hype. Rahman TKO 7

And Rahmans legacy is based on.......?

Oh wait that one lucky right hand he landed on Lennox Lewis

Which Lennox corrected very swiftly thereafter.

I see Rahman getting the better of the fight going into the mid rounds but Ruddock getting through with the smash out of no where then following up with a couple more power punches finishing off Rahman.

    Agreed,

In addition to which, Ruddock entered that bout only having fought once in two and a half years. He was well past it.

You wont believe this, but only yesterday i encountered a video of Ruddock on youtube....shadow boxing in the ring....
and hes grown a small affro as well, took me a little to see if it was him.

He seemed to be throwing more right hands too.

Looks in decent shape for his age,

and no im not saying he should make a comeback

Ruddock. I am no big fan of Ruddock, but Rahman was very over rated.

Ruddock guts it out in a war. Razor took all Tyson gave, he survives a couple knockdowns
and is behind on points to stop Rahman around 7. Ruddock's chin, aggression, and balls wins him this one. I feel a rematch would be in order because it would be filled with fireworks.

Ruddock is clearly better before he fell in love with his power.

He did KO Sanders which is a more impressive win than any Ruddock ever got.

Rahman is overrated, much more than Ruddock is.

His whole claim to fame is landing that big overhand right, against a guy that was always wide open for overhand rights.

    :happy

Sanders, the guy with **** poor stamina?

Ruddock knocked out Dokes and Smith and stood toe to toe with Tyson.

The only guy to trade with Tyson and stay standing at the end of the fight.
