Last time was JMM who was p4p #3, then he went to fight the lineal champ in Mosley. so he fought 2 lineal champs in that time frame...hella good :good

In Pac's defense, all he really has in Top Rank is Bradley and Marquez. Even before the Algieri fight, we all have an idea of how Pac-Prov would end up. Prov too slow, eats punches, easy UD. Rios is trash. Abregu has one decent win. Vargas needs some more wins and more exposure, so does Postol. Crawford would be a very interesting fight, and he is actually the same size as Pacquiao but, whatever, that's up to TR and Team Pac.

Who else is there realistically? Khan has Ramadan (spelling).

Yeah Pac is being forced to look sort of like a wuss, but he's not, and unfortunately there's not much he can do about it because his promotional company is weak as hell at 140-154. Al Haymon has 140-154 on lock. Arum and Haymon not doing business together means Pac is stuck with trilogies, repeats and weak unknown fighters.

Anyhow the thread is how come Pac is not gonna fight a WW in Novemeber! THATS DUCKING!! If it was a big name u can give a fighter a pass. Hell if it was Danny Garcia he would get a pass because Garcia is the man at 140. but Algeri isnt top 5 in his own weight class. Rios wasnt either. both never fought at WW...but get fights with pacquiao.....Pacquiao sucks and doesnt care about boxing or his fans.

I am pretty sure Marquez was #2 P4P when Floyd fought him. Mosley was #3.

Note: Mosley was #4 here, but with Marquez losing to Floyd and Hopkins Draw*(Phony) with Pascal, he went up to #3 after Pacquiao and Floyd.
