The top few were following that route that's how the were ranked so high. Marquez eventually worked way to Scott's mandatory. Hamed was not retired, yes he had his last fight by then as it turned out but no one no at the time. He is another one that turned down a fight with Scott a year or two of years earlier. Was offered $1m and home advantage but declined. Everyone above Hamed in those rankings would have beat him imo

Everybody was better before they fought Harrison with you. They were either to old, small or stupid. You don't give Scott enough credit, but you're the total opposite when it comes to Ricky which is bias, so I'm not so sure you are better placed to give it Billy Big Time.
After Chi's fights with Brodie he nearly came undone against Sagamu. Scott wouldn't have let him off the hook. Scott wouldn't have to go looking for Chi which would have played right into his hands and he would have been too hard and intelligent for Chi. I would have fancied Scott to stop him.
Burns has speed and movement, but prime Harrison with fresher legs and marauding strength would have applied intelligent pressure. Scott's got that something you can't teach and you've worked with both boys, so you know what I'm talking about. Harrison wins INSIDE THE DISTANCE every day of the week Harrison, Harrison, Harrison.

Well you learn something new everyday. What it was Juan Manual Marquez lost his WBA title to Chris John in Idonesia and then went down the WBO route, but he would have had to come to the U.K to fight Scott and he didn't fancy it , so moved up to super-featherweight.
The same thing happened earlier in the year with Joan Guzman who was Scotts mandatory and the fight was to take place in Kings hall in Belfast, but Guzman decided to move up to super-featherweight for an easier fight against Jorge Barrios for the WBO super featherweight title.

The thought of facing JMM sent Scott on a 10 year bender taking in various jails along the way :yikes

Billy you said Ricky would beat Beltran and he got badly hurt and outclassed you also said he would beat Crawford and he went on to lose every round. You were wrong on both those occasion's and you would be wrong again with a prime Scott Harrison. Harrison TKO 6 different kettle of fish.
Even now if they fought Scott would still have a chance because Ricky has looked like he has lost the ability to hit and move. He just clams up on the ropes under pressure and goes into a shell and takes too many punches. Scott would have plenty of success and it would be a lot closer than you're making out.

ryan try boxing with a broken jaw, same applied when Scott had food poisoning against medina first time no way can up reform 100%, with regards to Crawford well the Gamboa fight shows you how good he is! Scott never fought anyone remotely as good has Crawford, to say otherwise is just so wrong mate
    7 rounds pal 7 rounds
In all honesty I don't see the fight happening unless it's at a catchweight

Why all of a sudden is Lightweght an issue for Ricky ? Hes been saying for the last few years he makes lightweight comfortably and now its an issue , i know the body grows naturally but with 12 week camps good nutrition and training i cant honestly see the need to move up IF the weights done properly and not a last minute Crash Cut

Billy Beltran broke Ricky's jaw that's what you're meant to do and he should get the respect he deserves as he done the damage and won the fight with plenty to spare.
Crawfords win over Gamboa was good and he looks the part, at the same time Gamboa doesn't look the same fighter he used to be, so I'm not sure that Crawford was better than anyone Harrison's fought either, but only time will tell.
I agree Scott was a tremendous fighter that will never get back to where he was, but I feel even an old rusty Scott Harrison can give Ricky more than enough problems especially the way Ricky has been performing lately.
7 rounds you're dreaming Billy boy.
