If up at WW, not near their level. Plus Matthysse... One could also argue the following being better options at 140: Herrera (most had beating Garcia), Peterson (other JWW titlist, TNBR lists ahead of Algieri), Vargas (the other JWW titlist), and Provodnikov (remember, a bunch of you guys thought he had defeated Algieri?).
Algeri wouldn't want to see Guerrero or a motivated Ortiz in his first foray at 147. Pac can do better.
