Ali in his prime would have struggled against Harrison according to the deluded two billy

Not flustered Billy you've just took it the wrong way ;)
Crawford does look good, but Gamboa's only had one fight in nearly two years before the Crawford fight and even in that fight he looked the shadow of the fighter he used to be at 126, 130 lbs. The same with the Burns fight, I know Crawfords style was all wrong for him, but Ricky never turned up that night IMO.
You're the one who keeps bringing the Barrios thing up Billy, so why don't you tell us?

I agree Gamboa was very inactive before Crawford but the class was there for all to see, against Ricky his judgement of distance at both stances was as good has I've seen
Ryan I know at Scott prime he'd have fought anyone and gave them a real go that's what he's all about, but that wasn't the Scott I knew in against Walsh or the lad at the SECC and the vast majority would agree.
I hope the fights not made between the two although financially it would be good for Scott

I believe Scott was offered substantially less money for Barrios fight than he was getting, and everyone should remember JMM was his mandatory at FW, that was a bigger fight. Not his fault the interim champ would not fight Scott for full version of title after agreeing to.

I understand you not wanting the two of them to fight Billy, but money talks. If it happens and Scott has 50% left of what he used to have then he can beat this version of Ricky Burns. What you need to remember is Scott fought Liam Walsh in London on short notice, but he will be fighting Burns at home in Glasgow his home town in front of his fans. Scott always turned up and gave a 100% for his fans and with a full training camp behind him I won't be surprised to see a Harrison victory.

He had a full camp against Joe Elfidh who was drafted in at 8hours notice on the Burns Mitchell undercard mate and was taking shots he shouldnt have from a journeyman at one point he got caught with a left hook and was wobbled , Walsh even with a full camp woulda been the same fight imo as its just natural with time and age it goes

Joe was in bed at 10pm the night before when he got offered to fight Scott so it's swings and roundabouts.
