Its hard to say if a another man is afirad of another man.

The only thing I can say is Mayweather is the only one that actually tried to make the fight.

everybody said theres no way he would take 50-50, swallowed his pride and did that. pac didnt take test.

Pac confirmed that mayweather actually called him and offered 40 mil. wether u think thats a low ball offer, mayweather actually picked up and called pacquiao. Pac has never even thought about calling Mayweather for fight.

Pac has never once said he wanted mayweather after a fight. Roach has, Arum has (that loser playing games) but Pac has never said once.

I dont want to say pac is afraid of mayweather but Arum was and Pac listens to his daddy so I guess in context...YES PAC IS/WAS AFRAID OF MAYWEATHER!

They're both "afraid" of losing the fight and the money they will lose by facing each other now, rather than milking it for all its worth and dangling the carrot in front of the fans, making millions elsewhere by facing easier (or perceived easier) opponents.

My guess is Floyd is more at fault, but if not, who cares? The fans got cheated and the sport got embarassed.
