I think the better question is if anyone is giving Canelo a chance. The general idea is Alvarez is all hype and the only way he wins is by robbery I think Canelo gets the decision or a late stoppage. Something I've been wondering though if the fight is close either way and Alvarez wins will it automatically be considered a robbery

    LOL!

Don't believe the hype and get it all twisted. My stalker only do so becasue they are so elated to have the "Once-In-A-Blue moon" opportunity.

At present my prediction ratio is 48-2, so why would a great seer such as me need excuses.

I don't by that Lara runed Angulo if you watch both Lara/Alvarez vs Angulo Alvarez knocked the fight out of Anuglo within the first 30 seconds of the fight and from there Angulo was trying to recover. Lara is not aggressive enough and never got Angulo's respect for Lara's power so Angulo just continued moving forward like he always does.

While I think Lara has the better movement and stamina, Alvarez quietly has a better defense and is a much more fluid counter puncher imo, if Lara's chin holds up he can possibly pull out a win but if he shows the same vulnerabilities he has in the past it will be a long night for Lara.

People try to make these comparisons between common opponents people fail to acknowledge that Lara vs Angulo was 20 times worse than Alvarez-Trout and Alvarez-Angulo was more dominant than Lara-Trout.

Everyone with half a brain is giving Lara not just a chance, but a big chance to beat Canelo.

The only ones who aren't are the ones who are certain of a potential robbery decision. And those people are also admitting Lara having a great chance to win.

Stop fronting, cause you know damned well that this is definitely not the 1st or the hundredth time that you have not only agreed with but bowed to my superior sweet science knowledge and logic.

Lara has a deadly, well timed straight left, his bread and butter, but does not handle pressure or body shots well.

POWER is the key in this counter puncher fight IMO:good

Lara is a tough and at times dirty (should I say slick:think not dirty) boxer. He has the awkwardness to fluster most if not all at 154:hey

I still think Big Red will drop or be dropped in rd 11 ( no KO) then the action gets exciting going in the 12 th:good

He definitely has a chance. It'll be interesting to see how Canelo reacts if he eats one or two solid counters early on.

the fight is 50/50 the odds favor canelo slightly. in a close fight that could go either way canelo will get the benefit of the doubt. i can see lara losing a very controversial decision.
worse then provodnikov or garcia last fight. i feel lara has to put him down a few times or dominate him super convincly just to get a close decision. canelo want have to do that to win a close one. canelo can win about 4 or 5 rds and win the fight closely. lara will have to really show hes the better fight and it cant be close or he will lose.

Canelo might get into the ring a lot heavier than Lara.
Lara should repeat the Trout fight.

lara has zero chance to last 8 + full rounds.

    utter mismatch here
