    Its a solid win
    Geale is nothing special

There is a reason GGG is a heavy favorite

A great win would be Ward or Froch

GGG doesn't have the balls to go up in weight and chase great fights. He's content to use the "duck" excuse and fight bums like Obama in Monaco

Both Froch and his promoter Eddie Hearns have said in interviews (look it up on YouTube) that they want no part of GGG and will avoid fighting GGG. Ward is embroiled in litigation with his promoter and isn't fighting, so try again.

I like Golovkin but Geale is completely ****

He got dropped and beat by a faded Mundine, had close fights with Sylvester and Adama got a gift against Sturm and lost to glass jawed Barker.

    Agreed

Geale has been trying to talk heaps of smack about Golovkin in the Australian media, it is cringe worthy, I can't wait to see GGG shut this glass jawed bum up.

You have serious mental issues, geale has never talked trash about any of his opponents, you lie due to your hatred, still sore from when geale shutout mundine, even when he was antagonised by mundine before the fight he still left it for the ring, prowler, your a LIAR :deal

Golovkin thread #5798375097 by El Chicano, but you have a point.

Geale isn't a great fighter, never was. His biggest wins are pretty debatable and he just doesn't have much snap in his punches.
Golovkin on the other hand is, and there's a reason why he's so big a favorite.

So Geale might not be the best MW out there, but he's one of the bravest.
Maravilla is gone now, Quillin sucks and knows it, Sturm is gone, Murray looked crap since the Maravilla fight and Cotto looks the only valuable option out there.
So he's the best available fighter at the moment.

    It will end by KO3

Geale isn't great (though he is very good), but he's about the best that MW has to offer right now. If GGG can get Murray in Monte Carlo and Sam Soliman (who has expressed willingness) on HBO his work at MW will be done IMO - with or without the lineal 159lb title.

Obviously fighting Cotto would be a priority, but I'm not holding my breath. The only other reason to hang around at 160 would be in the hope that the WBO belt comes back into circulation with the announcement of Korobov as Quillins mando.

    Oh and BTW...

    El Chicano is...?

murray offers nothing. solimon, cotto, chavez, froch and maybe kessler if he wins a fight or two. vs korobov in russia after beating quillin would be big.

It's funny because this was predicted a long time ago. Once GGG steps up (he already did a long time ago against Macklin), people will say his opponent is ****. Well, Geale is the number 2 contender in the division. The entire world knows this is the most dangerous fight at middleweight; therefore, history will see it as an amazing win for Golovkin.
