Pacquiao beat Cotto & Hatton (two fighters Mayweather beat and two fighters who are on record avoiding a PBF fight on different occasions). Mayweather beat Marquez(Pac's biggest challenge and arguably beat Pac 4 times).

Pac picked Marquez to give May a hard time, May picked Pac to stop Cotto.

May beat Mosley after Pac ducked Mosely and also picked Mosley to win

Pacquiao has fought one guy coming off a good showing since, May fights nothing but top 3 rated Champ off impressive showings.

When asked directly Pacquiao can't even mention Mayweather's name, Mayweather has no problem speaking on Pac.

Only real negotiations were ended by Pac twice after getting caught lying, (09" 14 days were never offered. 12" I'll fight for less a few weels later 50/50 or no fight).

Mayweather says Pac your next never mind I didn't say that, at the same time Pac's team says we're not interested in a May-Pac fight.

A note Mayweather was asking for drug testing Pacquiao said let the commission do there job, there is no drug testing in Texas. At the end of the day it didn't happen **** it Canelo-Lara tomorrow night.
