There isn't much talk about Oscar's relationship with Al Haymon, but there definitely is a close working arrangement between them. When asked to comment on their relationship Oscar is careful to respond that he has a deep respect for Haymon, has no disrespected him, and he hopes that they will continue to work together in the future. Al Haymon is the boxing adviser for most of GBP's top fighters. Some, he even has signed under him. Just about all of GBP's eight welterweights are signed up under Al Haymon as well as GBP top fighters such as Lara, Porter, Quillin, Garcia, Broner, Wilder, Russell, Khan and many others. For Oscar De La Hoya and GBP, all roads lead to Al Haymon. :yep
Only gimp here is the thread starter and this thread is going down hill quick like you when you see Russell jr
LOL! The Queen fans are turning out in droves. ALL ROADS FOR GBP LEAD TO THE AL HAYMON EXPRESSWAY !!!!
Only ***** here is you, no one likes your shitty obsessive threads now fu ck off and get a life , you soppy *******
in fairness to the op all the agenda-laden compulsive thread starters around here are crocksuckers, not just her.
The only people in boxing who need each other seem to be the people who don't realise that they need each other. DLH and Arum, Floyd and Pac etc. Ridiculous
i would put it more like: Many of the people boxing needs most to work together are too myopic, proud, arrogant and stubborn to cease stifling the popularity (& revenue) of their own sport.
People need Bob Arum like they need a pickpocket or embezzling banker. Bi-polar Bob Arum is the Bernie Madoff of boxing and it's not surprising that no one wants to do business with him. LOL. Even Don King wants nothing to do with the creep. :yep
Because they don't let personal feelings interfere with business. They aren't friends, NONE of them are. They are business associates. Floyd and Haymon aren't even friends. As long as there is money to be made, they maintain a working relationship. GBP needs TMT and TMT needs GBP. At least for now.
