Gave the 5th to Perez,. Herrera's late flourish wasn't enough to steal back the round. He"s still up 4-1 on my card, though. 3rd was close, though.

If only Herrera had KO power this would be far easier.

Herrera getting very 'brawly' looking for the wrong fight if you ask me...

not enough power & Perez's chin too good.

Both looking tired and getting lazy at times.

It's better than Pumicpic's and year it's "not bad" but it's certainly "misleading" like Carlos Molina's :)

    Round 6

Herrera is moving in, crouched low, throwing jabs and overhands. Perez walks him off with down-jabs and clubbing rights. Perez has Herrera on the ropes and is whipping in body shots and hooks on the face as Herrera tries to duck and slip and poke in counter jabs on the belly. Herrera gains momentary freedom slinking out to center ring but Perez has him on the ropes again in no time. Herrera spins out but can't contain Perez on the ropes and is soon there again himself. Perez is jabbing and clubbing behind the head with his right. Herrera flurries and misses, a bit untidy fighting with his back on the ropes.

    10-9 Perez

    58-56 Herrera

6th was fun. Perez warming to the task, and has won the last two, imo. 48-46 Herrera, though.
