Canelo is so overrated...

Reminds me of provodnikov, cant handle fighters who run. Shows how limited he is.

Forget mayweather canelo 2. Mayweather would wipe the floor with him again.

 

I wouldn't say he's over-rated. He will always struggle with slick fast defensive boxers.. he doesn't know how to cut a ring, he just follows.... and his punches appear slow compared to say lara tonight... canelo throws and laras already gone. Canelo clearly comes alive against brawlers/sluggers because he does have boxing ability but not good enough to compete against laras... floyds... he'd stuggle with andrade too.

 

Alvarez would knock Cotto out. I thought Alvarez did well fighting Lara, who did not come to fight. Lara ran all night, while Alvarez landed the damaging blows, what Lara did land were baby punches, hell, a child could hit harder. Lara was too busy playing defense while Alvarez was making the fight.............those who thought Lara won should become track & field fans............

 

Canelo just beat the guy with the worst style for him at 154 and who I rated number 2 behind Floyd. Canelo isn't overrated

 

He basically drew against Trout. Lost to Mayweather (to be fair though he was drained) and got a gift decision over Lara. The only person he has definitely beaten is Angulo.

 

This. I think Canelo KO's Cotto.

 

I would like to see Canelo vs Kirkland, Cotto is a much better technical fighter than Canelo but he would be giving up a lot of size in that fight.

 

Canelo won in a close fight to me could have gone either way but I feel Canelo won but Canelo needs a new trainer but the cotto fight Is a real toss up I think cotto would be favored Canelo would have a great chance of knocking cotto out
