Yes he did it for the money he's a husband and father of 3 why fight a dangerous Golovkin for chicken feed when you can fight a faded Mundine for 5x as much. Where he is better than Mundine and Green is he is testing himself overseas now fighting 1 of the most feared fighters on the planet.
Mundine and Green only talk of world domination and fight washed up,inactive or damaged fighters on their own promotions. And sometimes even losing to them e.g Clottey,Tarver,Wlodarczyk.
Still I suppose they are making a heap of money which is great for them. Don't know how anybody can be a fan of them unless they get a share of the money but I suppose they get people talking about them and people who don't follow boxing closely buying their PPV's. Won't get them respect by most boxing analysts and experts though.

 

Mundine & Green have families why is that a good excuse for Geale?

After ducking Golovkin 3 times Geale is just fighting him now because it is the biggest pay day left for him since he lost his belt to the lowly Darren Barker.

Coming off a gift and a suicide attempt. Green still couldn't beat him. Why do you think he hasn't tried to rematch him? Green has seen Palacios 2,Chakhiev and Fragomenni 3. Even Flores wants to fight him Mundine expressed interest in a Geale rematch after the Clottey loss. Geale could of taken that Fletcher was GGG's mandatory Geale campaigned hard for this fight. Soliman would take it you know Green and Mundine are already wealthy they always talk of wanting big overseas fights for nothing but Aussie PPV but it never happens.

Austin was definately a bum poster. Sold his soul to the IBO and Grinny Greeny. Was willing to overlook anything and everything to sanction farcical and joke fights and then have the hide to come on here and defend these decisions. A disgrace was Austin.
