Just saw the highlights...Canelo beat the hell outta Lara.

I had the fight 117 - 111 for Alvarez. Hell, the fight wasn't even close. I noticed that when Alvarez landed a punch, the commentators were kind of quiet most of the time, but when Lara threw punches that missed of landed on Alvarez' gloves they made noise about it. Yes, they wanted Lara to with the fight, but Lara is a damned coward and ran like hell................I don't care to see Lara fight again.............

Canelo landed more clean punches on ring ropes than on Lara, it was close if third judge had it 115 113 for Canelo I would be OK with that but 117 111 leaves only one question how much money did he took?

All Lara did was jab, feint, jab, run, occasional left. Canelo beat the hell outta his body with uppercuts, straights, and that left hook.

HARD shots.

Combos.

You could see on Lara's face and by his reaction that he didn't like it.

Remember, this is the same Lara who was talkin about after the 6th round, the men are separated from the boys.

 

Disagree with those saying biased highlights, they showed large portions of the fight at a time. It's not like they cut it off when Lara was about to do something significant...he just simply never did much of significance. And for all the talk Lara's head shot activity, Canelo landed by far the best headshot, an eye splitting uppercut.

I have no problem with Canelo winning. However, it was not an easy fight to score and Canelo did not pick up a clear victory. Not only was it a SD, but the both the fans and the media relatively closely split as whether Canelo won, Lara won, or if it where a draw.

 

Lara is a moron. Talked more smack than anyone and ended up getting himself black-labeled.
