    Delusional, mainstream fans don't know Canelo or Cotto.
    Only Pacquiao/Mayweather can break the 1 million PPV barrier.

    Would be a great fight .

    I would love to see Canelo vs Cotto .

    The fight will definitely happen one day . Too much money to ignore .

    The problem though is Mayweather is guarenteed $32M regardless. If he gets the support from The MGM grand and gets the number 1 PPV slot from the cable companies, he'll significantly eat into The Alvarez/Cotto numbers. His numbers will dip. However, he'll still make his money.

    Meanwhile, Oscar and Bob would risk taking a financial hit. Oscar's relationship with Showtime would also take a hit, and the relationship with Mayweather would all be severely strained. In the end, there's no way that there will be competing PPVs on the same day. Someone would just have to blink.

    time to face reality. canelo is not elite. just a good young strong fighter

    can't wait for this fight. its gonna be funny and sweet

    If Alvarez keeps up the pressure he could outlast and tire Cotto late. Cotto's biggest problem is nonstop aggression. This would be a very exciting and competitive fight. Hope the network and promotional differences won't blow this away too.

    Will never happen. Too many egos involved. Do you really think Canelo and Cotto would be willing to be on FLoyd's undercard when they can headline their own event?

    A basically rookie who has not fought anybody...anybody....and he will beat Cotto....I will say after the Cotto fight GGG, GooGooGaga boy will end up with even bigger lisps that he has currently from Cotto"sworld class power jab...and maybe his face will be grotesque also
