over 3 rounds Joshua outboxes this freak show fury guy, as he has a proven record for beating world class in this format. over 12 rounds, Joshua is unproven at any level, but fury is proven to the level of top ten contender. fury has to be favoured to win over this distance. over 6 rounds, a draw.
^ Exactly Tyson dominates and knocks AJ out now, in 2015 and beyond. Why? Natural physical advantages (not a bulked O2 destroying chassis, taller and a longer reach) much better movement, tough, tough mind set and a nasty edge to his skills.
Right now Fury wins, but in 12months or so it totally depends on how Joshuas career goes from here will he be fighting the likes of ***ton Sprott and Harrison for the next year?

Ottke KO'd Choc once upon a time Fury got up and KOd him Also sparked Chambers - Sparked USS after getting dropped Beat Chisora - easily and will probably do the same again Tyson has done OK in his 22 fights, Get this next one out the way and its time for a real step up. An Arreola or Povetkin type fight
AJ has bags of potential, but thats all it is. Hasn't been tested yet, we don't know how good his chin is, whether he gasses going into the later rounds etc.
It's impossible to make any kind of logical argument that he could beat Fury. A better question is would he be able to beat some of Fury's high level victims like Chisora and Cunningham? At the moment he would lose clearly to both to be honest, let alone have a prayer with Fury. AJ has had just 6 fights at pro level ... Give the lad a chance! I will say this though, Joshua looked a lot better than Price vs Skelton.
History is full of 'nearly men' but surely given the latter day examples of Seth Mitchell and David Price people would hold back in their estimations of where Joshua will go? Yes he has lots going for him but too many unknowns as yet. I for one hope the lad gets there though, like his attitude etc. On a side note hes a beast!

very very interesting item ages ago on you tube regarding this. Was prior to 2012 and bunce interviewed tyson fury on radio who being his normal self said he had been sparring earlier in the day and got absolutely bashed up by an impressive amateur in anthony joshua.Admittedly went on to say very very early in his camp but i remember thinking how impressed i was with tysons honesty. Granted this was in days tyson wasnt in great shape and id opt for fury by ko although its a big guess up as basically guessing where joshua will be this time next year and while i like him my own belief is will take him longer to learn the game. Fight would only ever likely be for world title which would be a huge huge fight.
Amazed at the hype fury is getting. Wouldn't mind seeing him do well as he's game and entertaining enough but can't help but think people are getting massively carried away. Average at best.
