:hi::hi:At the end of the day you will be remembered as the guy who was exposed as a fraud. Im done arguing with you cause I proved my point about you not competing and coming of as a fraud by ridiculing other posters here. I dont need to look for your posts because spend the entire day posting on this forum and downplaying other peoples ideas when you feel like it as there are too many of them. You know those posts of yours insulting other people. Again im gonna repeat if for the final time you are a fraud when it comes to boxing and you have no right to critic other people who train seriously for the sport. Im out b*tch
atsch Again, you have yet to explain how you have done either. Proved your point about not competing? I've openly admitted I've never had a boxing match since I joined in 2007... atsch I think you don't understand what fraud means since the way you've used the word in this sentence makes absolutely no sense, plus the fact there is no fraud in any way. I posted once, maybe twice today... Downplaying other people's ideas? What in the blue hell are you talking about? :huh There are many, this one included. And? You have yet to explain how this makes any sense. I've never given boxing training advice and I've never claimed to be a boxer. Please explain. Critique is more giving pointers and technical advice which I've never done boxing-wise on this forum. I did on the other hand throw out my opinion that you're a shite boxer, I stand by that purely to **** you off. Pathetic  You really think you've won something don't you?
Cross training will work different areas of the body, as wells as cardio...and BTW I am not including weight lifting on the cross training routine...more of speed , estaminet and endurance routine!
I give basic advice (generally common knowledge within the fitness industry) relating to increasing performance/athletic ability, a completely different field to boxing. With that being the case, explain how me never competing in boxing is relevant in any way. This is what I have been attempting to get out of SS for the past few pages, he ignored it because he has no answer. Do you?
1. I trust Nick Tumminello's jock credentials over yours. His name is out there. All aspects of fitness for health and competition is what he does. 2. If a boxing trainer tried to make a boxer spar every day, he most likely would have very, very limited success, his fighters would be too banged up to compete consistently. 3. What exactly does one do when boxing? Lunging, squatting, bending, shifting weight, forcing the heart to beat more, the body to increase its respiration. Sort of like the complex training. not unlike this too which is another good one IMO https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SRpPHlDUC0Y
Do something similar, on a 4ft wobbly board ive made. Its hard, really makes you understand touch and feel, plus helps no end with your proprioceptive ability.
