P4P is up to the beholder as much as anything, so edit mine with who you think should be there.

Are these the power house nations of boxing at the moment? If not, name one with a better top echelon... Who has the best?

    Cuba
    1. Guillermo Rigondeaux, 13-0
    2. Erislandy Lara, 19-2-2
    3. Yoan Pablo Hernandez, 28-1
    4. Rances Barthelemy, 20-0
    5. Mike Perez, 20-0-1

    Japan
    1. Takashi Uchiyama, 21-0-1
    2. Shinsuke Yamanaka, 21-0-2
    3. Akira Yaegashi, 20-3
    4. Kazuto Ioka, 14-1
    5. Naoya Inoue, 6-0

    Mexico
    1. Juan Manuel Marquez, 56-7-1
    2. Saul Alvarez, 44-1-1
    3. Jhonny Gonzalez, 56-8
    4. Leo Santa Cruz, 27-0-1
    5. Juan Francisco Estrada, 26-2

    Philippines
    1. Manny Pacquiao, 56-5-2
    2. Nonito Donaire, 33-2
    3. Donnie Nietes, 33-1-4
    4. John Riel Casimero, 20-2
    5. Marvin Sonsona, 19-1

    United Kingdom
    1. Carl Froch, 33-2
    2. Carl Frampton, 18-0
    3. Amir Khan, 29-3
    4. Kell Brook, 32-0
    5. Martin Murray, 28-1-1

    United States
    1. Floyd Mayweather Jr, 46-0
    2. Andre Ward, 27-0
    3. Tim Bradley, 31-1
    4. Bernard Hopkins, 55-6-2
    5. Danny Garcia, 28-0

My biggest observation here is that the UK, Philippines, and Cuba are nowhere near the quality of depth if this were a "P4P Top 15 list" compared to Mexico, Japan, and the US, which have plenty of top guys off the top of ones' head.

Good list man and I do see USA securing it's #1 standing with Crawford as it's rising star and I could see Mikey Garcia also joining the p4p list in the near future. These 2 are scary good.
    1. USA
    2. Mexico
    3. Philippines
    4.Cuba
    5. Japan
Ukraine might join the list in the future.

I think Ukraine will be high up their in P4P country list in a few years, as a lot of their top amateurs have turned pro a few of which will likely go onto win world titles.

Lomachenko being one of those top amateurs to recently turn Pro.

Japan currently have more world champs than Puerto Rico, shouldn't they be higher?

I guess but they represent themselves in the Olympics etc. Why not professional boxing?
