Probably best to keep it just Pros.

List would be completely different otherwise.

Like Hawaii, PR has been fighting for independence for decades but the US won't let they loose become of the big US Naval presence there. S.O.S.

This is the way I see it except PR is technically a part of the USA ( it would not be fourth anyway) and I have Mexico and Japan tied for third. I would put uk fifth because donaire is from the USa isn't he?

Honourable mention former soviet bloc countries and Canada (greatest country on the planet :canada:canada and holding its own on the world scene with a very small population)

Mexico should be ahead of cuba, the only way cuba should be ahead of mexico is if your taken size and population into account and if that was the case cuba would be number one by far

Many a great fighter has come out of Panama also, but due to the US erecting the bogus Homeland Security (SSS), Panama has found new wealth in the non-disclosed banking industry and fighter volume has decreased.

    That will need some updating.

Just eleven months ago, Lomachenko was yet to debut professionally!

His exploits have big-time implications shaking up both the international feather rankings, and the overall standing of the Ukraine.

Behind him you have Oleg Yefimovych, who is actually quite a decent B-ranger (a SD loss to rugged French southpaw Sofiane Takoucht - who later made himself known in a close rivalry with Alexander Miskirtchian - is no shame, and neither is an 8-round decision loss to Ali Rahimov back when Rahimov was in his late-twenties prime and possessing thrice as much experience as then 4-0 Yefimovych; he also has a couple of passing-fair victories over the likes of Isaeu, Blanco and Merdov) and young unbeaten prospect Oleg Malinovskiy who is yet to step up in the pros but enjoyed some international tourney success in the amateurs, fighting on even terms with some of the best in his weight range from amateur hotbeds like Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, and his own countrymen.

That is a solid trio, but absent Lomachenko they don't even have three good featherweights.
